《旅力戲劇》於2013年開始於加州矽谷地區。初始的目的是要以戲劇創造一個全面語言學習的環境。《旅力》過去運作的方式在美國辦中文戲劇營，在台灣辦英語戲劇營，經由排練與演出增進語文能力。營會的運作以青少年同工為主體，成人同工鋪設平台，提供支援。在小劇場的環境加上小組的編制，並以遊戲與互動，研習表演技巧、發聲練習及肢體動作。
Seeing the great effect of combining theatre and language learning and the opportunity for the children and youth to grow through teamwork, "EMPOWER Youth Theatre", was founded by a few dreamers in 2013. We believe language immersion is a unique empowering element of our camps. In the states, students perform in Chinese and in Taiwan students perform in English. Through the collaboration of a group of passionate youth and adults, we produced both the Chinese and English.
